Jewelry Innovations provides an industry leading lifetime warranty on all of our rings, including replacement or refurbishing for size exchanges, breakage, excess wear, and many other issues. Some warranty services may require payment of a service fee.
Warranty service is provided through the jewelry retailer from which you purchased your ring, so to receive warranty service please contact your jewelry store. In the event that your store is out of business or will not manage your warranty needs, please contact us to make a warranty claim.

Warranty service is provided through our authorized jewelry retailers. Consumers will be directed to return to the store from which they purchased their ring in order to make a warranty claim.

EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF BANDSContemporary metal bands fall into two categories for emergency removal:
1–Cutting both sides with a ring saw or diamond disk blade, risking 3rd degree burns:
Titanium
Black Zirconium
2–Simply using hand-held vice grips or ring cracker removal tool:
Serinium®
Black Diamond Ceramic™
Rugged Tungsten™
Please note: Rings primarily made of Serinium®, Black Diamond Ceramic™, or Rugged Tungsten™ with an inlay may need a combination of breaking and cutting. In this situation, first, use vice grips or a ring cracker to break the primary material, then a cutting tool to cut the inlay.

CUSTOM INLAYS
Our jewelers specialize in transforming deeply personal materials into heirloom-quality rings. We’ll inlay reclaimed wood from a cherished firearm, staves from a favorite whiskey barrel, antler from your own harvest, and an extensive range of other meaningful elements. The possibilities are as individual as the stories behind them.
Please note: We do not recommend transparent gemstones, as the transparency results in an almost total loss of the stone’s color.
CUSTOM LASER ENGRAVING
Our graphic artists can create custom engravings on the inside and/or outside of the ring to suit anyone’s passion. From fingerprints and heartbeats, a favorite landscape or mountain range, or a sweet handwritten note on the inside, to name a few.

HOW TO SIZE OUR MEN'S RINGSFinding the perfect fit.
Please use narrow ring sizers (approx. 2mm) when measuring. All Jewelry Innovations rings feature a Comfort Fit interior—even in 8mm and 10mm widths.
If you prefer measuring a customer’s existing ring, please size the ring on the mandrel with the center of the ring to get a more accurate fit.
